Welcome to the 2022, Career Tarot Reading. This month’s draw is for the whole year. It is for guidance on what you can expect for your year in regards to your career.

Aries March 21 – April 20 ♈ Fire
Four of Swords: Aries, this card indicates that this past year may have been stressful at work. And you are needing a break or vacation. Even a small period of time away from the office will rejuvenate you. This is extremely important if you are working from home, since it has been almost two years where home is where you always are. Incorporate some management techniques into your routine. This will bring increased productivity, and a healthier mental state.

Taurus April 21 – May 20 ♉ Earth
Five of Swords: Taurus this card may point to you finding yourself arguing with coworkers or dealing with open hostility in the workplace. Maybe you’re working with a manager that devalues you. And this is leaving you feeling powerless or helpless at work. Listen to your intuitive nudges that are guiding you away from toxic people or work environment. Take time to meditate on this. And allow yourself to know when it is time to walk away from an environment, team, or project that cannot be salvaged peacefully.

Gemini May 21 – June 21 ♊ Air
Knight of Wands (in reverse): Gemini this card is in reverse, which can indicate self-doubt or self sabotage. Have you been doubting a specific project or goal you were hoping to get started for 2022? Are your expectations clouding your judgement? Delays and misunderstandings are part of life, they are not a sign to give up. Have patience and see that delays are redirection. There may be a better way or solution to reach your goal. Have patience.

Cancer June 22 – July 22 ♋ Water
Ace of Swords: Cancer this is a great card to start the year with. It means clarity and new ideas. This can mean you are uncovering new ideas for growing your career or business. And you are gaining clarity and insight on how to improve your money situation. This is a time of new beginnings in your career, this may even include starting a business or earning a promotion within your current company.

Leo July 23 – August 22 ♌ Fire
Queen of Wands: Leo, this card reminds you to sit on your throne with confidence and remember to stay grounded. It is okay to seek the advice from a trusted colleague or someone in your industry. Be sure that you are taking a logical approach to your goals and finances. If you are signing any contracts be sure to read the fine print. Make your decisions based on facts instead of a grand vision.

Virgo August 23 – September 22 ♍ Earth
Page of Swords: Virgo are you feeling lonely and melancholy about this year? Are you waiting to hear back from a manager, or new employer? The news you are waiting for will arrive soon. It will bring you opportunities to expand your horizons. This news may excite you but make sure to create a solid career plan before jumping in.
Message for the year: What do you need to let go of, so you can be ready to take the leap?
Libra September 23 – October 22 ♎ Air
Nine of Wands (in Reverse): Libra this card in reverse shows that you might be thinking of quitting something. You are so close to your goal. Your guides are urging not to quit. No matter how unlikely your career goals feel right now, keep going. Take a moment to reflect and ask yourself, are you being stubborn? Or getting in your own way of your progress? Be honest with yourself, and be willing to take responsibility for your behavior.

Scorpio October 23 – November 22 ♏ Water
Temperance: Scorpio, this card is reminding you that timing is everything. And this is a factor in your life right both in your finances and at work. Ask your intuition for guidance, on how to create abundance and career opportunities. Then have faith and patience.

Sagittarius November 23 – December 21 ♐ Fire
The hanged one: Sagittarius, this is an important card for you. This card asks you to have more patience. Waiting will yield better results. Take this time to expand your vision and look for different viewpoints. Don’t make any hasty decisions right now concerning your finances or career path. Wait until it feels right and so that you can take inspired action.

Capricorn December 22 – January 20 ♑ Earth
Page of Wands: Capricorn, the most responsible sign of the zodiac. This card reminds you to look at the details despite what others are telling you to do. You know yourself and your career best. A job offer or opportunity is coming your way. This will excite you and reignite a passion for what you do. You’ve been feeling really busy and need to prioritize your tasks. Start a time management routine so that you can stay on top of your work.

Aquarius January 21 – February 18 ♒ Air
Knight of Swords: Aquarius the most eccentric sign of the Zodiac. This year you feel a burst of energy to rush in. It is time for you to be assertive and focusoned on your career goals or project. Applying yourself more intensely will bring change at work. You might run into some drama with a coworker or a boss. Take caution.

Pisces February 19 – March 20 ♓ Water
The Magician (in Reverse): Pisces, this is your year. You can create new career opportunities by using all of your inherent skills. You can draw in abundance by taking inspired action towards your goals. If you’ve been contemplating a side hustle this is the time. When negotiating a raise or contract, know your worth. So do your research so you’re prepared.
